Diamond Dusters

Game Schedule

Is designed for 4, 5, and 6 year-old players, with a minimum age of 4 years old by June 1st of the current year.  Fundamentals of hitting, fielding, and base running are the focus of this division.  Each batter gets three opportunities to hit off a coach pitched ball, and then a tee will be used until the ball is hit into fair territory.  No outs or scores are recorded, and girls are kept on the bases to learn base running.

Future Stars

Game Schedule | Tournament Schedule

Include girls who are 6, 7, and 8 year-old, with a minimum age of 6 years old by January 1st of the current year.  Fundamentals of hitting, fielding, base running, and "game smarts" are concepts of this division.  This is a coach pitch league, and scores are kept.  If a six year old is unable to pay attention or is afraid of the ball, they might be better suited for the Diamond Dusters Division.

Junior Division

Is for 10 and under players, with a minimum age of 8 years old by January 1st of the current year.  This division is girl pitch, with coach pitch after four walks have been recorded in the inning.

Intermediate Division

Is for girls 13 years old and under, with a minimum age of 11 years old by January 1st of the current year.  This division builds from learning in prior divisions and introduces the concept of base stealing.

Senior Division

Game Schedule | Tournament Schedule

Is for girls 18 years old and under, with a minimum age of 14 years old by January 1st of the current year.  Girls incorporate softball skills learned in previous levels and continue to refine and demonstrate their skills in the highest level of our girls' recreational program.
